Exchange

We can currently offer exchange of items within 14 days of purchase if the item has not been worn and is in its original packaging with labels attached.Ā Excludes personalised items, sale items, swimwear, tableware, socks and tights.Ā 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at ottieandolsen@outlook.com, please include your order number.Ā 

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer, we recommend choosing tracked and signed for as proof of postage.Ā Ā Please retain a copy of yourĀ receipt.Ā We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. We will then email you an invoice for any difference payable, including shipping the exchanged item to you. Please kindly note, if we do not hold the stock in store, our current turnaround is 10-14 days until despatch.

Returns

We can accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To start a return, please email us at ottieandolsen@outlook.com, including your order number and reason for return. If the item is faulty, please include a brief description and a photo of the faulty item.

All postage returns are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend choosing tracked and signed for as proof of postage as the buyer is responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please retain a copy of your postage receipt.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too.

Other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you accidentally receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.Ā

If you would like to add to your order, please contact us at ottieandolsen@outlook.com at your earliest convenience. If the item has not yet been despatched, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
